A unique retail experience
Our showhome has been carefully designed in collaboration with leading brands and partners to offer a one-of-a-kind retail experience. By handpicking the best in the industry, we've created a space that showcases top-quality products, all of which can seamlessly integrate into any new build or retrofit project.
Control Systems
The showhome operates on a Control4 system, managing all in-home technology. The HiiLIFE team offers programming for both Control4 and Crestron systems.
The Wall
The Samsung Wall, a 146" TV, is the centerpiece of our showhome, showcasing how it brings a full cinematic experience to any home, day or night.
Television
A series of the latest Samsung TVs are displayed throughout the house, showcasing the full range in a real-life setting.
Audio
The showhome features a K-Array system with the Samsung Wall, Sonance in-ceiling speakers throughout, and Sonance garden speakers by the pool.
Climate Solutions
The showhome and gym are fully equipped with Samsung air conditioning throughout.
White Goods
The showhome includes a flat designed for Build to Rent/PBSA clients, showcasing our package. The main house features the latest Samsung appliances.
